What may i sell at my booth?
Only the stuff that was approved within your application....if you decided to add more to your mix, then let us take a look BEFORE market day, so we are all on the same page.

What if i oversleep?
If you are going to be late (30 minutes prior to Market opening), please let us know immediately. We can be reached at (251) 990-8883. We ask because...... lots of folks come at the last minute to sell stuff & we try to fill all the booths.

What if i decide to go to the beach on a Market day i have reserved?
We need to know 4 days in advance, by writing (email or fax), so we can decide if WE want to join you at the beach(!) No, we need to know like most other venues, and sadly, cancellations made while you are driving to the beach (or, after the 4 day deadline) are non-refundable.

How do i set up my booth?
We have really handy chalkboards for you to write your company name (we even give you chalk)... and you get 2 big tables. There’s space for hanging stuff on your back wall, and you can add signage pricing, etc. as you see fit. Try not to totally block your neighbors, and stay within your booth area. This keeps shoppers shopping, vendors selling, fire codes obeyed, children safe, pipers piping and owners happy.

Will Market staff watch my booth?
uh, no. You are responsible for your stuff.

What time can I close up shop?
We need you to stay til closing on each day you have signed up. Why? Because the “authorities” make us, for safety reasons, and our lawyers made us. You can leave all your stuff in your space if you are coming back the next day, ‘cause we keep the gates locked after hours. Naturally this is “at your own risk” (this has worked quite nice for some folks). Our lawyers told us to fine you if you leave early, so please stay til the end. (after all, most of the fun happens at closing, right?) First offense is a $50 fine. Second offense is $100. After the third offense, you will not be allowed back. ever.

What types of payment are accepted?
You decide- cash, credit cards, rocks, trade, whatever! Oh, by the way, uncle sam will want sales tax, but we have taken care of your "business license" for your stay at the market. (We got your back.) Will tables and chairs be provided?
Tables: of course! You get 2 tables which are 8 feet by 2.5 feet (gosh that‘s plenty big) and they need to stay within your booth area. Chairs: One day we’ll provide chairs, but bring your own(it‘s probably more comfortable anyway). If you need other stuff- just ask! we aim to please.

Are there bathrooms?
Of course! They are located to the left of B Side, and they are pretty fancy being re-cycled & green & all. So check ‘em out whether nature calls or not.
